Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into the product lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, design, and business units on future-forward strategies.
- Oversee the pilot programs for next-generation AI agents and autonomous systems.
- Advocate for sustainable and ethical coding practices within the innovation pipeline.
- Present quarterly innovation reviews to executive leadership to secure buy-in for long-term R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product strategy, or innovation management.
- Deep understanding of upcoming technological paradigms, specifically AI, Web 6.0, and Edge Computing.
- Proven track record of leading strategic transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market shifts and tech lifecycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
