Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot complex IT systems and networks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive federal data.
- Provide technical support and training to internal staff regarding hardware and software.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy infrastructure.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate system logs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
