In this role, you will serve as a key technical lead, ensuring our clients achieve mission success through robust system architecture and security compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of federal information systems, ensuring alignment with agency objectives.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and DFARS standards.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and security audits to mitigate vulnerabilities in critical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and subject matter experts, to define system requirements and user stories.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation and functional specifications for stakeholders.
- Oversee the testing and validation processes to ensure system integrity and performance.
Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or systems analysis roles.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian Suite.
- Cloud: Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS or Azure.
