The Role: As our 2026 Innovation Architect, you'll lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, and scale technologies that will shape industries by 2026. This strategic position requires both technical depth and business acumen to transform futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across enterprise clients
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen AI systems and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Design scalable architecture for sustainable tech infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with business objectives
- Manage a portfolio of 5-8 breakthrough technology projects from concept to pilot
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference presentations
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in implementing transformative tech projects
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotech integration
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CIMP) preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
