Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions and database architectures.
- Ensure all technical projects comply with state and federal regulations and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
- Perform system integration testing, quality assurance, and technical troubleshooting.
- Document system architecture, workflows, and operational procedures for the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems analysis or architecture.
- Proven experience working within a government or large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and relational database management systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern DevOps methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
