Responsibilities
- Architect and execute innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biometric interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with strategic business objectives
- Manage a $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Develop patent portfolios for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product development leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, etc.)
- Track record of launching products with $10M+ ARR
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CDIO, CII)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages
