Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess strategic implications
- Design and execute proof-of-concept initiatives for breakthrough technologies with <1-year prototyping cycles
- Partner with C-suite to integrate innovation into enterprise strategy and resource allocation
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation portfolio performance and ROI measurement
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-state thinking
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL Center) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
