Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive product roadmap for the 2026 technology line, aligning business goals with technical feasibility.
- Lead and mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate abstract future trends into concrete product features and technical specifications.
- Oversee the R&D process for emerging technologies, ensuring rapid prototyping and scalable deployment.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, presenting complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence.
- Identify potential risks in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive the integration of next-generation AI models into core product ecosystems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or a combined technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale product launches and managing budgets exceeding $5M.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity standards.
- Experience working in agile environments and utilizing modern DevOps practices.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous landscapes.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical vision to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
