Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using qubit topologies and error correction models
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Optimize quantum circuits for NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Establish quantum computing performance benchmarks and KPIs
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning integration
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum simulation tools (Qiskit Aer, IBM Q Experience)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
