Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts post-2025
- Develop predictive models forecasting market evolution and industry disruption vectors
- Architect strategic frameworks for 2026+ product innovation and ecosystem partnerships
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizational resilience strategies
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry conference presentations
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends impacting future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related strategic discipline
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-impact implementation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
