- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants for frontier technology development
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists in emerging tech domains
- Pioneer carbon-negative data center implementations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years leading R&D in AI/quantum convergence environments
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in ISO 21400:2026 ethical tech standards
- Track record of scaling quantum algorithms to commercial viability
- Fluency in Rust, TensorFlow Quantum, and Qiskit
- Experience securing DARPA/NASA innovation contracts
- Patents in at least two quantum computing domains
