Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Architect scalable solutions using quantum, AI, and blockchain convergence
- Drive innovation sprints with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, design, data)
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market shifts
- Present future-state visions to C-suite executives and investors
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology implementation
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record shipping futuristic products (2018-2023)
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or Web3 ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in future-casting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ technology commercializations
