We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage complex IT systems and ensure operational excellence in a high-security environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and government stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, NIST) and security protocols.
- Conduct system analysis, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new software and hardware solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and incident reports for federal oversight bodies.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct training sessions on cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments with a current Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- Proficiency in network administration, virtualization (VMware), and cloud computing.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
- Certifications preferred: CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GSEC.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
