Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business growth
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into core business strategy
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with $2M+ annual innovation budget
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in IEEE journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and future-proof development practices
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences (CES, Web Summit)
- Certification in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and distributed systems architecture
