Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in AI/quantum computing
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field from Tier 1 university
- Published research in Nature or IEEE journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading enterprise digital transformation projects >$50M
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Fluency in Mandarin and Japanese for APAC market expansion
