Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 technical support for federal agency networks and workstations.
- Manage and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals across multiple sites.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security standards (FISMA) and ITIL processes.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Conduct regular system audits and hardware inventory checks.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required for federal contract eligibility.
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Clear background check required.
