Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technology trends through 2026
- Architect next-gen digital frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps with business objectives
- Drive cross-functional R&D projects spanning IoT, blockchain, and sustainable tech
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in rapid prototyping and agile development
- Present visionary blueprints to global stakeholders and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive tech from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting technological contributions
