- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee prototyping and validation of future-state technologies
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product lines
- Mentor a team of 8-12 innovation specialists and researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused tech products (post-2020)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotech integration
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with cross-cultural innovation teams and global markets
- Strong understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
