Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technical strategy for the year 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technologies.
- Next-Gen Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and future-proof systems that bridge the gap between current legacy infrastructure and quantum computing readiness.
- AI Integration Leadership: Spearhead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core business systems.
- Cloud & DevOps Strategy: Oversee the migration and optimization of cloud-native environments, focusing on serverless and edge computing paradigms.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early, implementing proactive solutions to mitigate them.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Futuristic Skills: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML model deployment and knowledge of quantum computing concepts is highly preferred.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in designing large-scale applications.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
