Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and record management
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document processing using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for department staff
- Respond to public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Manage filing systems and maintain accurate departmental records
- Support budget tracking and procurement processes under supervision

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Valid Texas driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days
