Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
- Process personnel actions, benefits enrollments, and HR documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between department and external stakeholders
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data integrity
- Support budget tracking and procurement processes
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of federal HR policies and procedures (FPM, FTR)
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
