Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling, correspondence, and records for senior leadership
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects and maintain compliance with federal regulations
- Process travel authorizations, expense reports, and procurement requests
- Serve as primary liaison for veteran and stakeholder inquiries
- Prepare official documentation, reports, and briefings for executive review
- Oversee office supplies inventory and facilities coordination
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems with zero-tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory for federal employment)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases (e.g., VAOS, VISTA)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
