Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain NYS background clearance
- Knowledge of New York State policies and procedures
- Experience with government systems (e.g., NYS HRMS) is a plus
