Responsibilities
- Support department operations with clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document processing
- Assist with public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance requests
- Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare meeting materials
- Learn and apply county policies, procedures, and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
