Responsibilities
- Perform General Office Duties: Execute data entry tasks, manage filing systems, and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Customer Assistance: Greet visitors, answer multi-line telephone systems, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments professionally.
- Communication: Draft and distribute emails, memos, and correspondence on behalf of department supervisors.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supply levels and coordinate orders to ensure the department is fully equipped.
- Support Coordination: Assist senior staff with scheduling, meeting preparation, and preparing meeting minutes or agendas.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary. We are looking for candidates eager to learn.
- Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
