Responsibilities

- Assist visitors and customers by providing information regarding agency programs and services.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with state regulations.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and memos using standard office software.
- Assist in the coordination of office supplies and inventory management.
- Support senior staff with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior work experience in a clerical or administrative role is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with the public.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to government ethics standards.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License (if driving is required for the position).
