Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry with high accuracy and speed.
- Manage incoming communications, answering phones, and responding to emails and visitor inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with data management by maintaining accurate digital and physical records for departmental projects.
- Prepare and edit documents including memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate schedules for staff and assist with meeting logistics and room reservations.

Qualifications
