Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls to direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding state programs and services.
- Prepare, copy, and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries within the office.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure necessary materials are available.
- Perform general clerical duties to support daily office operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No prior work experience or specialized training is required; we will train the right candidate.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
