- Process veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Manage digital records using VA systems (VBA, VBMS)
- Coordinate patient scheduling and correspondence
- Support compliance with federal regulations (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Assist veterans with benefit inquiries via phone/email
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects
- Prepare reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of veteran benefits preferred
