- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and prepare official reports

- Support veterans with inquiries regarding benefits and services
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive veteran information
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize departmental workflows
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal or regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Associates degree in Public Administration or related field
- Experience with veterans' affairs preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
