Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping for department leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and meetings with senior officials and external partners
- Prepare and edit confidential reports, briefings, and official communications
- Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and budget tracking
- Serve as primary liaison for internal/external inquiries requiring discretion and protocol expertise
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems ensuring compliance with federal regulations

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required
- 1+ years specialized experience equivalent to GS-4 level (federal/private sector)
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced knowledge of federal administrative procedures and protocols
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with diplomatic acumen
- Ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines in high-pressure environment
