Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation with strict adherence to federal protocols
- Coordinate administrative workflows including scheduling, meeting logistics, and resource allocation
- Process personnel actions, leave requests, and travel authorizations through federal systems
- Serve as primary liaison for internal and external stakeholder communications
- Support budget tracking and procurement processes for departmental operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience or equivalent private sector background

- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
