Responsibilities

- Process veterans' benefits claims with precision and adherence to federal regulations
- Utilize VA systems (e.g., VBA, VISTA) for data entry and case tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve administrative issues

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a federal or regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of VA systems or federal claims processing preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
