Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling systems for multi-departmental coordination
- Prepare and maintain confidential personnel records and documentation
- Coordinate executive communications and correspondence with external stakeholders
- Analyze administrative processes and implement efficiency improvements
- Oversee budget tracking and expenditure reporting for assigned programs
- Serve as primary liaison between leadership and operational teams
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency policies
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required
- GS-5 level experience with progressive administrative responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with federal procurement or HR processes preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
