Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain classified/unclassified federal records with 100% compliance to NARA guidelines
- Coordinate executive-level scheduling and correspondence for department leadership
- Process personnel actions, travel authorizations, and procurement requests through FedBizOps
- Develop and maintain SharePoint databases for administrative workflow tracking
- Prepare official reports and briefing materials for congressional inquiries
- Serve as primary liaison between regional VA facilities and national headquarters
- Implement and audit administrative procedures to meet OMB performance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience (GS-5 equivalent or higher)
- Proficiency in federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite expertise with database management skills
- Active security clearance eligibility or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Knowledge of VA-specific systems (VISTA, VBMS) preferred
- TS/BI clearance or ability to obtain required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
