Responsibilities
- Manage classified/unclassified document processing and records management
- Coordinate logistics for cross-agency briefings and interdepartmental communications
- Utilize federal systems (e.g., SharePoint, GSA) for data entry and report generation
- Support compliance with DHS protocols and security clearance procedures
- Assist in budget tracking and procurement documentation
- Provide frontline constituent services at the border services facility
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Basic understanding of federal record-keeping regulations (FAR, DFARS)
- Excellent written communication skills in English/Spanish
- Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening
