- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and scheduling
- Process benefits claims in accordance with VA guidelines
- Conduct data analysis for operational efficiency reports
- Support veterans with inquiries via phone and in-person
- Maintain confidential records in secure federal databases
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reconciliation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSA systems
- Knowledge of federal procurement procedures (FAR)
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with veteran affairs protocols preferred
