Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential veteran records and electronic documentation systems
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and scheduling for leadership teams
- Process personnel actions, travel authorizations, and procurement requests in accordance with federal guidelines
- Prepare complex reports, correspondence, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Support budget tracking and financial reconciliation for assigned programs
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, VA regulations, and information security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of federal administrative experience
