Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential court records and documentation with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate judicial schedules and calendar systems for multiple departments
- Process administrative forms, filings, and correspondence per federal regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal staff, attorneys, and public stakeholders
- Support procurement processes and inventory management for office supplies
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for assigned units
- Train and mentor new administrative staff on court procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal record-keeping and security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a government/federal setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of federal record management and privacy regulations (HIPAA, FOIA)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with court case management systems preferred
