Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain official county records with meticulous attention to detail and compliance with retention policies
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to department heads including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
- Coordinate public inquiries and constituent communications with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and executive summaries for county leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and workflow optimizations
- Utilize county software systems for data entry, record management, and reporting
- Support special projects and community outreach initiatives as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational abilities with proven track record of managing competing priorities
- Knowledge of public sector protocols, confidentiality requirements, and records management
- Ability to obtain and maintain required county/clearance certifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
