Responsibilities
- Analyze complex socioeconomic data to inform evidence-based policy recommendations
- Lead cross-functional task forces addressing urban development challenges

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Proven track record of successful policy implementation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with public budgeting processes
- Tennessee residency required at time of hire
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
