Responsibilities
- Process and maintain classified/non-classified documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Manage office correspondence, scheduling, and records using GSA-approved systems
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement requests, and inventory management
- Support administrative functions for 15+ personnel across multiple departments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical support for field operations
- Prepare routine reports and briefing materials for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with DHS security protocols and accessibility standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
