Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule high-level meetings for senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and briefing materials with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical records in compliance with federal regulations and agency policies.
- Assist in the preparation of budget reports and financial documentation as needed.
- Support special projects and events related to agency outreach and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a federal, state, or large corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with SharePoint or other record management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
