Your Role
As an Administrative Specialist, you will act as the backbone of our daily operations, managing complex schedules, preparing high-level correspondence, and ensuring strict compliance with federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume correspondence, including emails, memos, and official federal documents.
- Coordinate complex calendars and schedule meetings for senior leadership and federal staff.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases in compliance with OPM standards.
- Process travel vouchers, purchase orders, and expense reports with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications and federal funding reports.
- Screen and route incoming communications to ensure timely responses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or government administrative support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, privacy laws (FERPA/FIPPA), and record-keeping standards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and security clearance check.
