Responsibilities
- Manage departmental records and document processing systems
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and interdepartmental communications
- Prepare financial reports and budget tracking documentation

- Support grant application processes and reporting requirements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative or government experience
