Responsibilities
- Manage and organize complex federal documentation and records in strict compliance with established regulations and retention schedules.
- Schedule and coordinate high-level meetings, conference calls, and domestic/international travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials with exceptional attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Assist in the preparation of grant reports, compliance audits, and regulatory submissions to federal agencies.
- Maintain office inventory, supply systems, and facility operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably within the federal government or a government contracting environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of federal procurement processes, compliance standards, and OMB guidelines is a significant plus.
