Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential veteran records with 100% compliance to federal regulations
- Coordinate multi-departmental scheduling and communications for leadership team
- Process personnel actions, travel authorizations, and procurement requests
- Analyze operational data to generate performance reports and improvement recommendations
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Implement and optimize administrative workflows using federal systems

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in federal/government setting
