Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
- Process classified and unclassified documents with strict adherence to security protocols
- Maintain digital and physical records systems ensuring 100% audit compliance
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and stakeholder briefings
- Support budget tracking and procurement documentation for departmental initiatives
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Implement records retention policies in accordance with federal regulations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance (required)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of federal records management procedures (FAR, DFARS)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
