Responsibilities
- Process and prioritize high-volume permit applications with 24-hour turnaround requirements

- Facilitate cross-departmental communications for emergency response coordination
- Prepare monthly progress reports for state and federal grant compliance
- Train temporary staff on document management protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Washington State driver's license required
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
- Experience with public records management systems
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
