Responsibilities
- Process and manage veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate scheduling for 50+ weekly veteran appointments
- Maintain confidential digital records in VA systems (VBA/VISN)
- Respond to 30+ daily inquiries via phone/email in compliance with federal guidelines
- Assist with veteran outreach initiatives and community events
- Prepare monthly reports using Excel and VA databases
- Support compliance audits and documentation reviews
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal mandate)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in regulated environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to obtain VA background clearance within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail with error-free documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal databases preferred (e.g., VBA, VETS)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license may be required
